Agreement

These terms apply to websites and services provided by Agentmark (“we”). By submitting onboarding information or paying for a plan, you agree to them.

Services

We design, write, host and maintain websites for licensed insurance professionals on a monthly plan. The Website + SEO plan adds ongoing search optimization work. The specific inclusions of each plan are described on our pricing page.

Billing

Plans are billed monthly in advance, starting when your site goes live. Custom builds include a one-time design fee quoted in writing before work begins. Plans are month to month and may be cancelled with 30 days written notice.

Your content and responsibilities

• You confirm you have the right to use the logos, photos and content you provide.
• You are responsible for the accuracy of your licensing details, product information and claims, and for reviewing content for compliance with Medicare, carrier, state and other rules before approving it.
• We provide a place for required disclaimers but do not provide legal or compliance advice.

Ownership

Your domain is registered in your name and belongs to you. Content you supply remains yours. The underlying designs, code and templates remain ours and are licensed to you while your plan is active. If you cancel, we will provide your written content and images on request.

Search results

We do not guarantee search rankings, traffic or leads. Results depend on factors outside our control.

Acceptable use

We may suspend sites used for unlawful, deceptive or abusive purposes, including fake reviews or content that misrepresents an affiliation with a government agency.

Availability and liability

We work to keep sites available but do not guarantee uninterrupted service. To the extent permitted by law, our total liability is limited to the fees you paid in the three months before a claim.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Indiana.
